It’s a great hotel to stay, however do not expect for any service. The team needs lot of training in customer service. From the moment you enter the hotel, you can feel the staff have no passion and not enjoying working here. They are not detailed in their service. We travel with two young kids, requested a crib. When asking for baby bath, the answer was, they need to see if there is anything available. Had to wait for two days and called again and made a complaint, it came within 5 minutes. We booked an executive room, the room does not have bathtub, not sure how they expect guest to wash their 7 months old baby without a bathtub. FYI. We travelled in Taipei for a month, all the hotels we stayed have provided, crib, baby bath and bottle cleaning machine. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Would love to come back but due to the terrible service, rather choose other hotels. To add, the restaurants team also has poor service. The only team we really appreciated was at the door.
