"A comfortable stay just for a night before catching the ferry. It is a short walk into Picton where there are eateries and bars. It was cheap and cheerful, and the gentleman on the desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I only made coffee in the kitchen but it looked well stocked. The room itself was a little shabby and could do with a deep clean (carpet a bit stained, cobwebs in the corners), but bedding, toilet, shower etc were all clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the room...

"Great position, walking distance to town. Close to Picton Interislander. Old but nicely kept. Unfortunately the internet was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was terrible. Don’t come here if you’ve work to do. It dropped out constantly, so frustrating, even at 4am it dropped out, it needs work and soon. So annoying. "

"Lovely greeting on arrival. I was shown to the room I booked expecting to see a slightly tired room as it was advertised as budget studio. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean bright and comfortable room with all the amenities I would need. Despite it being advertised as no parking the lady I spoke to offered to let me park my motorcycle in the garage. This room was perfect for me I would definitely recommend it. "

"Lovely views from our balcony and spacious room. Spa bath was a treat. Restaurant dinner was excellent and restaurant staff very helpful. Overall welcome was a bit cool and it was missing a few finishing touches. Pool was disappointingly small. Also a bit of noise in the early morning from the wharf nearby. "
