"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "The hotel is ideal for the tech savvy traveller but not so good if you don't have a smart phone. Information can only be accessed by QR codes! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the facilities are very good overall. This was our third hotel on our journey around the islands and compared with the other two hotels the staff was less friendly, they were very efficient, just rather business-like. "I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited.
