"Very terrible service, doesn't pick up mobile call, very hard to contact. Didn't have enough refridgerator and said they couldn't do anything about it when all my groceries are about to go bad. House keeping didn't make the room even when the do not disturb sign isn't put up. Overall it was an awful experience, not worth it at all, and would not recommend."

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at Hyatt Centric Times Square again for our next NYC trip. Thank you very much"
