"Overall, we had a good time. The staff weee very welcoming and nice and the food was above expectations. However a couple items to be aware if you stay here: We chose the all inclusive option but it’s not a true all inclusive resort. Food and drink are only covered during “meal hours” which exclude 2-6 pm. Their system to track all inclusive guests is also faulty as they rely on paper receipts to tally up drinks that don’t have time stamps. So at checkout I was surprised with large charges...

"Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time."

"Wir wsren die einzigen Gäste während unseres 4tätigen Aufenthalts. Personal war nett. Man konnte jederzeit mit dem Boot nach Lautoka fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und jeden Tag wurde etwas anderes serviert.Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Leider gab es keine Liegen am Pool oder Strand. Der Strand wurde jeden Tag gefegt, es kommt aber dehr viel Müll an. Wir waren nur kurz auf Fiji und es war genau das Richtige. "

"Stay was amazing, the activity staff Mantz and Wise in particular were awesome with the kids. Breakfast buffet restaurant is open with birds flying around. Don't sit under the booths with lights, we saw at least a dozen birds poo on peoples food, cups and plates. Staff try to shoo them away but they are too busy. "

"We stayed here for a night. The check in was quick and easy and the champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the amount of time we had to wait at Tatavu (the restaurant) firstly for someone to take our order and then for the drinks to arrive. We even went to order ourselves after waiting and were told twice that someone was coming. Drinks arrived after 40 mins. I had to go and ask someone where the food was which...
