"This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return."

"Pretty basic and dated. Friendly staff and very convenient location for what we wanted. Building is ëarthquake prone/risk"so bear that in mind if thats something that concerns you. Overall I think its good value for money. $240 for 2 nights in Wellington for a triple room."

"Place is nice, near Cuba street and we were able to walk to waterfront and around town. Parking is $35 NZD per day is somewhat steep, we found parking nearby for $17NZD for 11 hrs, street parking is free from 8pm to 8am. "
