"Lovely hotel and high-touch service. Very nice food and great outdoor dining spot. Spa treatment was very good but a crew was setting up for a wedding and the noise definitely interrupted the tranquility of the massage. "

"Everything was perfect at the property except the noise after hours (after 11 pm). Wedding guests were allowed to make noise to a degree where we couldn't fall asleep until 4 am. This is completely unacceptable and unfair to other guests at property. The walls are thin and we could also hear guests talking loud at midnight 4 rooms away from us. We had to let them know to keep the noise low. Didn't expect this paying top $ for the stay. I would have definitely given a 5 star rating otherwise."
