"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

There was snot or something on the wall and the backside of the washroom door had dirty fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom; I wiped them off"

"This is a true bare bones budget hotel. The shower is even in the same room as the bed. However, it is very easy to walk to from the train station. It was perfect for a one night layover. Really easy to walk to the heart of Brugge from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. And the room had AC which was a huge perk with as warm as the weather has been."

"Had a recent 2 night stay and couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to check-in a couple of hours early as the room was ready. It’s in a good location and fairly close to the town and the train station. The hotel is spotlessly clean and there is a nice garden area for sitting out in and having a drink. The breakfast was very good with good range of both hot and cold options. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
