Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."

"There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

"Everything was perfect! The whole hotel was amazing as were the staff 😀. If I were to be critical the only downside was the kitchen … there was no draining board… minimal extraction from the extractor fan and quite tricky to cook a full meal ( I know not many do this but we like to hence requesting a kitchen)"

Excellent hotel, location and staff

"Everything promised and more was delivered. Breakfast was good quality and over long time period (allowed early start or lie in!). Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Room was clean and power shower was amazing. Location was good and easy access to both Magaluf and palma Nova beaches and attractions. Paid extra for sea view and for large balcony with private sun beds and this was well worth it."

The next day, they moved us to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even better. They really cared about making sure we were happy—even offering us free snacks as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful area, with a nice pool and easy access to gorgeous beaches. One of the things we appreciated most was how convenient it was to get around using public transportation—we didn’t need to rent a car at all, which made things easier and more relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"

"Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"
