As described, this is a cozy little house. Its in a great area near Pacific Spirit Park which you can cross to get to the University of BC. The house feels like it has been newly remodeled and was very clean. It is however, as it described "little". We were in town to visit family so most of our time was away. If you needed to hang out here there is not much room for more than 4 people. Also, if you are a bigger person, beware. The shower is tiny and the beds are small. I am 6' 5" tall and 200 lbs. so I would not recommend it for people bigger than me unless you are comfortable squeezing in.
I might be the first guest to stay in this newly renovated 'Coachman House' and I will be careful to put in good comments and recommendations because the owners Lisa and Kevin are polite to us.
I visited Vancouver to see my daughter studying at UBC and stayed 5 days here. The house has a kitchen and dinning area on the ground floor, the bedroom is on the second floor with 2 double beds, and a common toilet. It has the necessary amenities you need for a short stay for a small family of 3-4 persons. The unit comes with wifi, a LCD TV and washing & drying machines. As this is a coachman house unit, the space between walls is quite narrow. But this is why it is called little cozy house. Neighborhood is quiet and 5-7 minutes walk to convenient/grocery store and Subway restaurant.
