Not a hotel

This place does not exist. The number you are given to call, in order to be let in, is no longer in service. The only publicly available number Sterling Suites has is only for reservations. They have no way for you to get in touch with anyone either.

We received no information from the host as to how to check-in after numerous attempts to contact them. We arrived in Vancouver and were not able to access the property. We had to find another place to stay. Do not stay there!!

Reserved a room. Tried to call them. Took forever to reach someone. On way there they tell me they have no room available for me! Reserved it a month ago! No notification! They said they notified Expedia, but couldnt even tell me on which day he did so! Laughable. Expedia indicated they were not notified. Avoid this property!!

Great space, has everything you need for an extended stay. Being located in Gastown there were many great shops and restaurants just walking distance away. Would recommend to anyone.

Really cute place in scenic Gastown. We've never been to Vancouver so we didn't know it was kind of close to E Hastings but it was okay. Very modern rustic style to the apartment. Host was AMAZING at communication. Every question I had got answered within 5 minutes. We had an issue with Wifi and he went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much!!!

It was a fantastic location in the heart of Gastown very clean, decor was excellent, very welcoming the complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. Will definitely book and stay again.
