"Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. "

"We really liked the location. It was across the river from everything, so quiet, yet convenient. The staff and owners were very kind. The pool is lovely, but since the weather was cool, we did not swim. Great breakfasts!!"

"The front staffs were really friendly professional for young staff,very helpful and great smiles all the time. The only thing i would change is the shower part,it need a door or something to nlock water all over bathroom floor. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. Everytbing was great. The breakfast buffet was. amazing we had dinner there one evening and I could not compliment the chef enough."
