"It rained during our stay and this was the perfect place to be. We enjoyed a lazy day sitting on our balcony watching the clouds dance around the mountains in between the rain showers. We ate all our meals at the on-site restaurant (which we normally wouldn’t do) and really enjoyed trying all the different Lao dishes they prepared. This must be the best place to stay in Vang Vieng. "

"By far my favourite stay in Laos. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and up to date and the staff were very helpful with assisting to select and book excursions. The view from our room was spectacular; the gorgeous mountains are quite a thing to wake up to everyday. The pool is fantastic and the gym was definitely above average. "The staff is very friendly but management is occasionally unavailable to assist. When we arrived our reservation couldn't be located by the inexperienced front desk clerks. But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night.
