Al llegar habiendo contratado habitación triple por 9 noches , se me envió a una habitación con cama matrimonial y una cama pequeña y dura , que me hizo no descansar las primeras 5 noches . De no haber sido por el señor Miremi Medina que tuvo el criterio y amabilidad de solucionar mi situación , no se como hubiese terminado mi...

"check in - man wollte die buchungsbestätigung in papierform haben. wenn man unterwegs auf cuba bucht, kann man kaum was drucken. nach einer weile ging es dann. zimmer grundsätzlich in ordnung. kein warmes wasse3r, tv funktionierte nicht. toilettenpaper nicht vorhanden, nur ein handtuch, zimmer nicht sauber, essen nicht abwechslungsreich. wir hatten zum glück nur für eine nacht gebucht. für einen längeren aufenthalt wäre diese unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert. "
