"Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights"

"Wir haben das Coco Villa in Mahébourg vom 26.05. bis 27.05. besucht und das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und besonders schön war der direkte Meerblick inklusive Balkon. Auch das Badezimmer war eher schlicht, aber sauber. Das Duschen war allerdings ein kleines Abenteuer, da das Wasser entweder sehr heiß...

"Very nice and clean accommodation with a beautiful pool near the airport. The owners and their son are very helpful, drove me from and to the airport. Not much nearby but I only stayed one night while I was waiting for a flight so it was completely fine. "

Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove...

"Although it’s a bit far from the main tourist areas on the island, this was the most affordable option I could find with a decent rating. It’s conveniently close to the airport, which was a plus. The lady at reception was very kind and always tried her best to help, even though she didn’t speak English. Communication took a bit of time, but her effort was appreciated. Dommage qu'il n'y ait que du beurre salé (pas terrible sur le pain ou les tartines grillées). Les oiseaux picorent le pain dans la salle, malgré la vigilance du personnel. Manque de prise dans la chambre. Manque de banquette pour poser la valise. La salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre, ce qui est gênant si on n'est pas en couple...

"Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders war auch die Qualität der Speisen und der Blick aufs Meer beim Essen. Das einige was hätte besser sein können war der feuchte Geruch im Zimmer und teilweise ist das Bad (besonders die Fugen) etwas Renovierungsbedürftig. Zudem wird am Strand sehr viel Seegras angespült. Dennoch kann man im Meer ganz normal schwimmen. Wir würden die Unterkunft dennoch jederzeit wieder buchen, da sie so erholsam ist."
