"The host is nice. They are very friendly and helpful. They gave many useful information and suggestion about Venice and surrounding. The room is big and clean. The b&b is around 5-7 mins walk from waterbus stop. "

"Staff was nice , breakfast was a nice benefit and location was close to the train station. Nothing fancy, good for the price, just ask for a room that doesn’t open up to a pigeon poop roof 3 feet away. That was the only drawback because we couldn’t open the window for air. "

"The property was extremely close to all major squares and landmarks that Venice has to offer. But it also had small quiet alley ways which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We got engaged just next to the apartments near the canal. Beautiful dock at the end of alley and amazing service by everyone we met at the apartments. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend! "

"We loved our stay at Le Marie! We particularly loved the view of the canal from our window! There was a lot of stairs to climb to the third floor but that was well worth it for the view. The room was clean and it was easy to do check in and check out. Clean room, quiet in the evening. Walking distance to everything you need. We loved the Ozio terrace and bar just on the piazza besides the B&B. "

"Laura greeted us, assisted with our luggage and reviewed the facilities, breakfast and gave us a map along with a booklet of recommended dining, shops, ferry info, etc. We stayed in the Attica room sharing with our friends for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed 2 additional nights. It rained on and off both days and the first evening we brought a few groceries in from a local market and sat at the table in our “suite” with a bottle of wine, cheeses and fresh bread chatting! Later we enjoyed...

"Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything...
