"It was a good stay with friendly staff over all but I felt the floor moving while i showered and the tap was spraying water as well. The towels had a strange smell and i got irritation hives on my arms and legs. Wouldnt stay again. Hence the cheap price, guess i got what i paid for."

"Busy hotel. Staff don't catch a break. Breakfast is pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room was renovated and clean. The cleaner went out of her way to make sure our ac was serviced. The human touch is rare these days! Parking was a bit confusing but there was always enough."

"The hotel is located in a building that is part of a multi building complex which makes it a bit tricky to know where to park for first time visitors. But once you get into the parkade make your way to level P2 and park near the office elevator lobby. One thing missing is pool facilities."

"We (a couple) stayed 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency Toronto in a King corner room, city view, which had a plethora of storage spaces (closet, drawers under the TV, and 4 drawers under the K-cup coffee machine bar area), refrigerator and a large safe for storing a laptop, camera, passports, etc.  The gym was larger than most hotel gyms, clean and open 24 hours.  The pool and terrace area was also quite nice, (especially at night to view the city skyscrapers) and open until 10 pm.  We did not...
