"1905 Heritage is a gem boutique hotel for visiting Bangkok. Ideally situated in a quiet area 10 min walk from the grand palace, it offers a few thoughtfully arranged rooms, a few tables for a quiet breakfast. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. "Best place to stay if you want a Genuine Thailand experience without the tourist hustle and bustle in Bangkok. Located in old town close to the palace, this gym exceeded my expectations. Wonderful and friendly staff, who became like family. It’s located near high profile government buildings and is completely safe. Walking distance to the palace and temples. "Sala Rattanakosin is a beautiful, boutique hotel. We originally went to have dinner and were able to secure a room as well. The view is unbeatable -- to look across the river while eating and see Wat Arun is breathtaking. The rooms are wonderful and provide you with all that you need. The staff is outstanding; you won't find kinder people. I highly recommend Sala Rattanakosin. "

"Was a social hostel for sure, the location is great, the rooms & bathrooms were clean. Just a few little things that made it uncomfortable and irritating to me. For example, if you are short and thick good luck getting on the top bunk! They made the ladder steps a whole leg apart. Also, the rooms are very small but there’s a lot of space to put your stuff which is good. Another thing is that it is way too hot with no ventilation in the whole place except the lobby. "
