"The hotel is located next to the shops and restaurants at the service station. Parking is in the regular service station parking Check-in was fast, with very little paperwork to complete. The room was large with tea and coffee facilities and all that we needed in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there was very little traffic noise. If we ever needed to stop overnight on our way north we would definitely consider stopping here."

"Fantastic hotel, have stayed here many times before and always been impressed. Staff are friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is excellent quality and great value for money. The only slight negative on this trip was that the room was cold, and no matter what I did to try and change the temperature it didn’t get any warmer. Other than that it was a great stay."

"I have stopped at the Dalmahoy many times but this was the worst visit we have experienced. Normally there would be nice shortbread biscuits in food to enjoy when relaxing from journey, breakfast orange juice was very sweet and probably made from powder, fried eggs had to be ordered at the table- when I questioned this Chef said it had been so for a long time but having stopped their not too long ago I knew differently.
