"Went here for my husbands birthday weekend. Had a great time. Staff was very nice. They had recently update a lot of the place. Food was good. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Very close to all the activities and shopping. Free transportation right in front of resort. "

"Everything was great however a few things wasn’t. I’m disable so I booked a ground level room. The room was so far from the WiFi router, no signal not even for the flat screen. Also the bathroom sink was to large leaving no room to get into the bathroom. I scrape my belly on the pointed edge of the sink several times. At one point I thought my skin was broken. The toilet was facing the glass shower doors your knees were pressed against the glass doors while using the toilet. I was there five days. I was very cautious in the bathroom. Outside of that the stay was okay. I loved the hotel it’s beautiful maybe the owners can down size the sink and position the toilet differently. "

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Icona, and this location, has never disappointed, my wife and I. We have been coming to Cape May, for over 30 years. Needless to say, there are few places, we haven't stayed. The staff at the Icona, including shuttle driver, and valets, are the friendliest, we have encountered. Icona proves, bigger isn't always better."
