"Very nice property, BUT what the facility did to us was WRONG! Booked 2 nights , but on day of checked in, front desk said, no room for check in day. Only available the second night. I know what they did, it was a high demand weekend, and so they sold our booking to higher paid customer. They moved us to “ up grade “ facility. Wrong again. Got moved to older facility and further away from our event center. Summary, we only for one night for 2 night’s booking. EXPEDIA PLEASE call me. "

I wasn’t inform of the time for breakfast, but I inquired about it at 7:30 am and understood that the breakfast will be arriving late, but I had to leave for business so I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast."

"Was a one night stop over - modern hotel with fantastic rooms. Very clean and staff were excellent and helpful. Location is close to airport and hotel have a transfer service 👍 Around a km from Nan centre where the bars and restaurants are - however the owner of the hotel kindly drove us there and picked us back up after our meal. Would like to say a massive thank you to him for his hospitality and being so helpful throughout the short stay. Would stay again next time - thanks to all. "
