The hotel front desk receptionists are not well trained to provide good customer service. We had to be charged for the mistake they made for the so call two " missing" room cards. We had a total of 22 rooms as a group of people staying there checking in and out at different time. The front desk did not pay any attention of our reservation as how many stay in which room for how long. This is the reason why we we're blamed. They did not want to hear our explanation either.
the hotel is tidy, care of customers, staffs are friendly, nice scenery around the river of the hotel, free breakfast that is fairly enough, overall lower costs & comfort. However, rooms face inner street are relatively noisy of cars.
