"The location is very convenient. Almost everything you need is just right there when you step out of the hotel. The hotel is also very quiet and safe. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staffs are friendly and helpful."

"Great hotel close to Otsuka Station, which was great to access the Yamanote line (JR lines). Although the rooms are small they are comfortable enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We used the baggage carrier service to get our baggage from Tokyo to Osaka which was great and highly recommended. The only negative thing I would say is that we wanted a late check out which they did accommodate but charged 2000 yen an hour which was double what the same hotel in Osaka charged 1000 for....

"Over all, it was good. But I always feel not welcomed at front desk. Cleaning crew are nice. The public bath is excellent. However many foreigners don’t know how to take a public bath. The hotel should let the guests how to take it with Japanese manners. "

"Stayed in hotel yaenomidori with my parents and the three separate beds made a world of difference. The room was clean and the separate shower and toilet were extremely convenient. It was not the most spacious as what you would expect in hotels in tokyo but it was good enough for 3 people. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Japan."
