"Upon arrival, I booked for 2 standard quadruple rooms, but because their Wifi was not working, they stated that they only had one quadruple room and instead gave us a classic double room. They stated their Wifi wasn't working for weeks and had no idea when it would be fixed. They offered a massage service from an outside company.
