"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "

"Stayed in a number of Remms, always happy about the location/room, this time the only issue was we put 'no cleaning' on the door for 2 days yet still got 2 days of towels, since the rooms are fairly small it took up unnecessary space. Hardly a thing to complain about but would be perfect it they weren't there."
