"This is a nice little hotel in a great location. Our room was large and comfortable. Things were clean and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. And you have your choice of a western breakfast or a Sri Lankan breakfast."

"The place was well looked after, but not close to town. The staff were great. Only complaint would be the breakfast was not a buffet. You had to order it the day before. This is not a reflection of the hotel but a lot of monkeys. Do not leave anything outside. My aunt had a top and make up bag stolen. They can open doors as well. Must leave your balcony door locked."

Food opportunities in the area are available at the bigger hotels nearby but are not outstanding . I fact very ordinary. Better off to get Arjuth to take you down the hill. He knows the good places and is happy to help. Breakfast is included in the very reasonable room charge. Sadly though, the hygiene of the kitchen and surrounds leaves a lot...

"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We can’t recommend this home too much. It certainly felt like we were at home. The room was so clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless. Our room was well appointed, entered via its own garden. We had special views across the whole valley. We hooked up to the Wi-Fi and looked for things to do but our host knew all the good things to do, he even organized a TukTuk tour with a local guide. Our tour was fantastic and such a great price. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. "The hotel was close to the city centre and near railway station in Kandy. The hotel manager was helpful and knowledgeable about tourist sites and bus, train, three wheeler transport. The breakfast was delicious, scramble eggs and toast, and tea. "

"The property location is on top of the mountain away from everything. The view from your room is spectacular and breathtaking. The property it self needs to be updated, shower seals needed to be re-cocked as it leaked all over the bedroom. Bath and Hand Towels are all stained and felt that it was not cleaned properly. Can’t comment on the facilities as we where out early and back late during our 2 nights stay with them. "
