"They were very accommodating with late check in. Nice big room on the 4th floor. Not much of a view on our side of hotel. Great shower big TV(if you use it). Cool Bar/Coffee shop(M.A.R.S. Cafe) not open on wed. No food in AM prior to 8:30 am that is close. Far enough away from markets to make it quiet. $8 cab ride to get were you want to be. "

"Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in ."

There is security guard at night since there is no enclosed lobby, anyone can use the elevator. Only complaint I had was some nice. Not great noise isolation. Some construction outside. Still overall, great location, cool looks, nice place and pleasant stay. "

"The hotel is situated in a quiet side street on the more family friendly side of old town. You don't hear any of the traffic and hustle and bustle of what Chiang Mai can be. It's near the amazing Fern Tree Cafe where you cam get great coffee and cake. They have a super friendly ans helpful team of staff.
