"This place is pretty good. As advertised it is a short walk from the ARL line. The area appears a little chaotic, but don’t be turned off… the hotel is quite nice inside. A little wear and tear, but not unlike what you’d get at any budget hotel in any other major city. The staff are quite friendly and always ready to help which anything you might require. The rooms are compact, but have everything you need- mini-fridge, safe, kettle, and the AC works great. The breakfast also is quite good....

"The only reason anyone should stay this property is the convenience of its location - everything else about UPAR Hotels was horrible to the point where we checked out a night early to go stay on the floor of a friends apartment. For starters, the staff at reception was exceptionally rude, especially the man who works the night shift.
