"Great staff, good rooms, enjoyable stay for 3 weeks"

"We planned on staying for a couple of nights and extended twice because we felt so safe and comfortable. The night security guard, we nicknamed him Joe, was truly amazing and always made sure we were comfortable and got home safely. He’d stand guard until we got into the elevator. Absolutely amazing staff but especially Joe! He even made sure we brought an umbrella when he was concerned it would rain. Amazing place and amazing staff"

"This place was gorgeous and clean, with very friendly staff. They do laundry at 100 baht/kilo, which was nice for our mid-trip need. The breakfast was free and SO yummy with tons of hot and cold options(salad bar, fruit, etc.), coffee machine for cappuccinos and lattes, and bottled water provided. Quick 15 min taxi to the airport and 10 minute to the Night Bazaars in chiang mai! Definitely taxi at night as it is a quiet, dark area after hours. We were sad to leave!"

"Wonderful little hotel. Very nice beds and linens, great pool, lovely restaurant and incredible staff. It’s a gem in Chiang Mai! The rooms are cozy but they’re comfortable. "

"Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and room in general. Good breakfast buffet, and the 24/7 available coffee and fresh fruits are great. The two chilled and adorable hotel cats (they are super friendly but do not bother people) made me feel even more at home. :) "

"Cheap rooms but there are several better ones around for the same price. Annoying check with lots of paperwork to sign. Very thin walls so pick up the noise outside. Clean but very old rooms and bedding. Several floors but no lift. The hotel has a new and old building a few side streets apart which is confusing when try to find it. Make sure you know which you need. On the plus side, is cheap and reasonably clean. "
