"The only reason I have 4 stars rather than 5 was only because some of the attachments in shower need to be replaced, the small fridge in the room never gets cold and the drain in most of the showers are very slow to drain and it causes the bathrooms to get a little flooded. Other than that the staff is super nice and friendly, the breakfast is great, beds are comfortable, great location and the a/c is cold! 10/10 highly recommend! We ended a stay at a different hotel early and decided to come...

"Hotel is about a 3 star. Rooms are ok except need new towels and pillows. A little noisy at night due to dogs, cars, and the refrigerator cycling ever 10 minutes or so. Breakfast was meager."

"The P1 House was a great place to stay. The location is extremely convenient and walkable. The room was clean and tidy and the a/c worked great and the internet speeds were >50 Mbps up and down. Will use this property again."
