"Really enjoyed my stay at Eleven Hotel. All the staff were wonderfully friendly and professional. The room was clean and well appointed, the bed in the Executive room was the biggest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast area was lovely and the food selection was good. "

"I waited in line to be checked in all while watching 4 clerks help the guests in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes, a Caucasian man walks in the lobby and one of the front desk clerks steps over and helps him immediately!!! I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone cared enough to help me?! Our driver dropped us off at the main building instead of the corner building, but the bellman was so nice helping us get to the right building. He was probably what made the experience great. ...

"Oh wow! We caught ourselves saying this so often, whether walking inside the atrium, into our room, or out on our balcony. WE stayed 1 full week in mid November, 2024. The staff was beyond what we were accustomed to (our first trip to asia), anywhere. And we travel very often.
