"Great breakfast options - 2 restaurants to pick from (the one by the beach is quiter, the one in the courtyard has a bigger selection). Very friendly staff, greeting ever time you walk past. The king size bed was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pools were also great and they have happy hours on cocktails certain times of the day. Very happy with our stay. Only thing to mention is the street the hotel is located on gets very busy from 6pm onwards, so expect some...

"A large hotel in central Patong, Amata Patong is in a great location - close enough to the Bangla Road party and Patong Beach to be convenient while just far enough away to not be in the middle of the craziness. My room was on the north side of the hotel, a separate wing with its own elevator. This side of the hotel seemed a bit older.
