"The property was spacious and quite modern. We received a free upgrade to a larger room so were quite happy with the facilities. The staff went out of their way to assist us with information and finding us transportation. The BTS station is a 5-10 minute walk and there are good restaurants around the hotel. A good location to base yourself in Bangkok. "

"Great hotel to stay either before or after a flight. Would recommend that you book two nights if your flight is an early arrival like mine. They are strict about the 2pm check in!"

"Pros:The shuttle service with agents wearing pink jackets was fantastic. Easy to find and very convenient. The concierge staff were awesome and extremely helpful. I stayed on the 7th floor and appreciated having the fresh snacks in the small bistro area at end of hallway. Not so good: The restaurant only serves buffet and is quite expensive for someone who doesn't eat that much. The pool could use more loungers as they were always taken. "

"Quick check in. Large modern room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Shuttle bus to and from hotel was easy and convenient. Lighting in room should be more controllable, could not switch off some lights, all or nothing. 😀 Always stay here when arriving late, nice hotel with good staff."

"Stayed here for a full week with kids and family, there are plenty to do at and around the hotel. The gym is awesome, probably the best hotel gym that I’ve been to. The pool was nice and big for children. The location is removed from town, but easy enough to GRAB a taxi into the city(200-300 baht). It’s a good compromise for peace/quiet and resort style accommodation."
