"On arrival I was given the wrong room but still charged the higher room rate for the room I had booked. It was resolved fairly quickly. Reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The re-stocking of the room each day varied and necessitated a hunt for housekeeping staff (to get coffee, flannels, body lotion....) The rooms were very clean though. "We had an excellent stay at the Apex. The staff was friendly and helpful. The family room was large, comfortable and had nice extras like snacks, tea, coffee, robe, slippers.
