Downside was the floor we were on (10th) had refurbishment works going on in the room next door and the drilling was very loud. "My friends and I had an amazing experience at the Strand Palace Hotel. Its prime location made it easy for us to access all the attractions we wanted to see. We were especially grateful for the warm welcome we received during check-in. Mary, the receptionist, truly went above and beyond. After a long tour in Europe, we arrived at the hotel early and inquired about the availability of our room so we could rest. Although our original room wasn't ready, she kindly upgraded us to a fantastic room...

Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "

Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location.
