"I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests...

"The hotel has a lovely appearance from the outside and the view from our room was nice but check in was cold and abrupt with limited information. We felt we had to ask for information on everything and that we were bothering them. Bright lights shining from outside into the early hours at night, telephone not working so no one to report to. "Very lovely area. The staff are very nice. Breakfast is very nice and worth the price. Very quiet without a large area of shopping or dining options. "

"Dated property in need of extensive renovations. Service is terrible and unfriendly. Food was either bland or over-salted, fish was overcooked and tasteless. Honestly the best thing at dinner were the chicken nuggets from the kids station. We ate in town our second night rather than have the hotel dinner we already paid for. Location is beautiful. "

"A very nice hotel, stunning unspoilt views of the lake. Quick check in and check out with a personable service. My only negative was that for such a luxurious hotel, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this is such an out dated practice and definitely dampens the experience when you can’t make a drink to enjoy on your balcony. "This Hotel is just perfect. We stayed there during our European Vacation and had a really good time. The room was clean and had enough space for 2 adults and a Teenager. The Breakfast was just awesome with local cold cuts, Yogurt, Fruits and more. We had a small talk with the owner who explained to us where all the stuff comes from.
