"great hotel with awesome pool for the kids. great family rooms with heaps of space. bang tao didn’t have many shops or many dining options along the beach. lots of little bars along the beach. wouldn’t stay in that location with kids again even though the hotel was great"

"The property was very clean , staff where very helpful ,good location , the pool area was very clean and good atmosphere, the only problem we had was our room was over looking the main road and the traffic never stopped so it was quite noisy during the night ,our suggestion is if staying at this hotel request a room at back But overall a very good stay"

"Found some, not all staff around pool where a little lazy, one person in particular on their phone always & not helping other staff. Lady with the glasses was exceptionally good every single time she saw us she went out of her way to help (sorry I can't rememberher name). Pool surrounds had rubbish around alot, not tidied up. Food at breakfast was fantastic but could have changed a bit more frequently as after 9 mornings it got a bit boring. Room - shower blocked unless we took blue cap out &...
