"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "

"stayed at their premier floor. enjoyed my stay very much. only disappointment is my room next door is under contruction which is inevitable; noise from the work starts from morning to evening. enjoy the vast buffet breakfast and happy hours. location is also easy access to metro and eateries. take their preimier floor package; you wouldnt regret. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. basic toilets is available in the room. additional toiletries are available at the lobby for self service....

The location is superb convenience to reach Dotonbori, Kuromon market, train, subway and various shopping centre and streets. At first I was worried about the hotel conditions after reading some of the low rating reviews. However the actual experiences turned out to be great. We were staying at oriental quality floor and the room was clean without any smoking...
