"Beautiful Hotel When we arrived our driver entered the wrong way. They could have helped us out but asked our driver to come around the other way. It made no sense. The safe did not work. Not a big deal. The shower diverter needed replacing but it still functioned. Overall a beautiful hotel."

"Lovely property but so far from everything. No shuttle service we had to walk 23000 steps to get to the first shopping centre. You can use bolt no grab . If you don't have a car it's not worth it ."

"Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."
