"Great property! Excellent room. Beautiful view of the city. Our view had a good view of Central World and Songkran festivities. Staff was amazing and helpful! Breakfast was great and keeps us energized for the rest of the day! The guest service staffer, Mai, was very nice and helpful in securing us our beautiful room! I’ll definitely be back! "

"Hotel façade and lobby really clean. Warm welcome right from the reception. Spacious room and bathroom. Big windows with nice views of the street and One Bangkok in the front, and you can see both parks at a distance. Nice selection of food during breakfast buffet. Didn't try the in-house dining so I can't comment on that. Room cleaning on-demand. Gym is adequate, and the pool on the 9th floor looked nice. Didn't get to try the sauna on the 8th floor. "This was large lovely hotel right on the river. You could catch the water taxi next-door. Their own taxi just goes to the mall. It was close enough to all of the major attractions. They have an ATM on the second floor, which was convenient."

"We stayed 2 times within the same trip in this hotel. The amenities are amazing and the staff is great. The food is a bit expensive but it is very good. It is also super convenient transport-wise. There is a metro station 2 blocks away and a Grab will take you to the places of interest relatively quickly (Bangkok’s traffic is pretty heavy). "
