"The value for the money was not there for me! Plug in that didn’t work, room checked into was not the room booked and when asked to be move to what I paid for there was no offer to fix the problem at all. There was an event booked that limited some amenities…no prior warning, was only told about it after the check in. Very nice lobby, breakfast buffet was amazing, the rest of the food options were way way overpriced."

"First off I want to say I actually had to pay twice for my stay. It was no ones fault but my own. I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day but luckily they had rooms available. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating. This is an amazingly beautiful hotel with a grandiose entrance featuring an indoor koi fish pond and waterfall with stunning views and a breakfast buffet that's simply breathtaking!!! .... No need to look at any other hotel locations STAY...

"Actually this is a decent hotel as clean, breakfast has a big mixture of choices, pool was clean and cocktails by the pool staff were superb. Overall very friendly and definitely would come back. If any gripes as it's about 20 mins drive to main Pattaya malls/walking street/tiger park/floating market but it's worth it. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our 12th wedding anniversary and it was just absolutely wonderful. Everybody was so kind and friendly. The food was amazing. The atmosphere and pool and our room exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be back."

"The hotel was well-kept; the pools were huge and nice. the beach is nice to sit on but not suitable for swimming. There are a few restaurants nearby and spas. The location was slightly out of way from the central business district. "
