"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"Overall great experience we had here with my husband and my 10 months old baby boy for 5 days during Xmas time. Pro: We really enjoyed the secluded area of Khao Lak, it was peaceful and quiet. Staff is super friendly and always smiling. The staff man who is taking care of the luggage service is a gem! This resort is definitely kids and family oriented. Cons: Service must be improved at all cost. Staff is lacking if English so it makes the communication and the understanding of the request quite...

"The resort is breathtaking! It was a beautiful elegant feel throughout. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast here and all the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable and will be a great place to come back to next time we're in Khao Lak!"
