"Marcus at the front desk was helpful. No one else spoke English. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room. "B&B Dolomites Hut is a fantastic stay! Getting to the building by bus is very easy from the train station. The host and his wife are so nice and hospitable. Breakfast every morning to your liking and they are happy to provide any and all recommendations for activities in the area. The rooms are nice and the views from the balcony are amazing. I wish the lady who was in charge of the bar was more hospitable towards the guests that don’t want to go to bed early. Other than that, the staff was great and super helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable.
