"Everyone exhibited professionalism and courtesy. Extremely friendly staff. My room was immaculate and remarkably comfortable. The location was exceptional! Everything is within walking distance, with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping venues nearby. The proximity to the train station provides convenient access to the airport. "We are a family of 6. We stayed 4 nights in 3 rooms (3 pax each room). Slept well. Comfortable bed. Nice shower/toilet. Practical layout. Breakfast offers wide spread of food and fruits. We enjoyed our breakfast during the 4 nights stay. Location wise it is very close to Oslo Sentral station which makes commute to Oslo airport a breeze. As the 4 nights stretched from Dec 31 2024 to Jan 4 2025 - there are parties in the night. We can hear the loud music in our rooms after midnight. For some...

"It is a very clean, comfortable and great service hotel. They have an excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Very convenient location, with a lot of restaurants surrounding. After a long flight from Texas USA, we are very satisfied with our choice. "

"The rooms are quite small, for people with large suitcases. Other than that, they are minimal, which is good for creatives. I don't know what the leafy decor with the led lights is about; that could be improved."

"The hotel was such good value. 24hr reception was great as we had been delayed so didn't arrive until 1am. The breakfast offering is huge, there's something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are no kettles in the room but there's a coffee machine in the foyer (charged), and you can purchase cup noodles from reception and they will provide hot water."

"Good quality hotel in an excellent location for Oslo city centre and all that is on offer. It was a little strange that the check-in desk is also the bar! Further, there were times when the staff were busy elsewhere meaning both check-in and bar were unattended which was not completely satisfactory. However, all the staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself has character and the rooms and communal areas were clean & tidy. Breakfast was good with a varied choice of hot and cold food....

"Good hotel close to the train station. They did not clear the snow/ice immediately outside the hotel entrance so it was relatively treacherous crossing the road with luggage to go to the train station through the covered mall."
