"Very nice 5 star hotel. The mint restaurant was amazing. All the staff from valet, front desk and especially the restaurant were very friendly. Had an amazing dinner and wine at the Mint restaurant. They made fresh naan bread outside which was the best Naan I’ve ever had. Rooms are spacious and clean. Valet staff were very helpful and retrieved our vehicle quickly each time, the valet manager was on top of it each time. This hotel is very well worth the price. "

"My recent stay at Hivernage Hotel and Spa was overall pleasant, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel staff went above and beyond, and the service in the restaurant was particularly exemplary. Imad, one of the servers, handled a minor issue with professionalism and kindness when I found a hair in my food. While this was disappointing, he made every effort to make up for it, which I truly appreciated. Karima at the front desk was outstanding—she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making my stay much more enjoyable. Fadua (from client relations, I believe—apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was also incredibly kind and attentive. While the staff was exceptional, there are a few areas for improvement. The beds and pillows are much too hard, which affected my sleep quality. Additionally, the windows on the Nobu side of the hotel need better soundproofing, as outside noise was quite disruptive at times. If you’re planning a stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the Sofitel side for a quieter experience. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for their warmth and professionalism—it made a significant difference during my stay. With a few adjustments, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better guest experience."

"Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "

"This property is very close to the Medina. It's beautiful inside with a nice courtyard and rooftop. Evenings are very busy. Reserve your table as there is lot of crowd visiting the restaurant in the evenings. Staff is very friendly. They have live music till 11pm. If you want to sleep before 11pm it may not be calm."

"Fantastic hotel in the city walls, walkable to everything and felt safe. Staff were great, changed up large notes and the welcome tea/pastry was a nice touch. We were lucky and got upgraded, the room had dressing gowns and slippers, and everything you could wish for. The Indian restaurant was lovely, as was the heated rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay if we came back xx"
