"I'd never stayed in a ryokan before, but have always heard what it was like. I can confidently say, after being in this one, that ryokans are an exceptional place to relax. The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff! "夕食前に温泉に入りましたが、脱衣所にゴキが。出て直ぐにスタッフに伝えましたが、「忙しい」の一言で対応して貰えませんでした。 翌日、８時に予約していた朝食前に風呂に入りました。９時までが入浴時間でしたが、７時半くらいに連れ合いが脱衣所で着替え中に男性清掃員が入ってきたそうです。こんな事はあってはならない事ですし、万が一のことを考え女性用風呂には女性スタッフが確認してから、清掃を始めるべきです。"
