"Terrible property. They charged me at the hotel but refused to respond to Expedia. I asked for water, and I saw them filling the bottles with tap water using an old, dirty container. "Excellent hotel. Breathtaking views of El Alamain towers and the coast. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Service in this hotel is outstanding. Front desk staff are great and made the check in process a breeze. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely visit this property again."

"The place is perfect for families indeed, outstanding white soft sands beach with amazing sea color, great swimming pools with lot of fun for kids, food is authentic and delicious, check in was so smooth, wonderful greetings and welcoming by Mr. Mohamed Mousa.. "Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"
