"The host family was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and most items were suitable for vegetarians. This hotel felt much more like a home. There are comfortable seating areas on the balconies, on the porch, and in the garden. If you like cats, several amicable ones around love to be petted. (If you don't like cats, they won't bother you.) The area also has shopping within walking distance."

"The Black Iris is located in a central location in Madaba. We had no expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has little curb appeal but inside the hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was a good size with a fridge and large comfortable bed. AC/ heat not an issue. The bathroom was good with a shower that provided plenty of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was provided and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was off the street in a lot next to the hotel....

Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful. The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay.
