"We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back"

"We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite. Previous holidays, we stayed in different MITSIS resorts (Laguna, Alilia, Blue Domes), so our review is compared to these. Overall, the hotel is set in a beautiful location, well kept and clean grounds. Our room was lovely, with a huge bed, and ample storage. "The entertainment staff was amazing, we really appreciated the variety of things to do with two teenage boys, it was all really beautiful. The food was medium and the rooms were a bit dated, but the service was very good. We loved the location near enough to Lindos for a great day trip. "

"The check in was quite easy, but the receptionist barely knew English which was abit of a langauge barrier. Which meant we didn't know where the meals were serviced or we had to get towels from them for the pool or beach etc. The room was decent, a bit of the shower was broken but apart from that was alright, the door only had a door lock so we had the cleaning crew walk into the room in the morning when we were sleeping twice. They need to invest in additional locks. Food was abit repetitive...

"Helt ok med barn och barnbarn. Nära till pooler och strand. Carmella nere i poolbaren är outstanding och är anledningen till att vi valde att åka dit i år igen. "

"Accommodation was fantastic, very clean and perfect for a very relaxing break. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Downside is supermarkets are around 15-20 mins walk away and the bar closes at 3pm daily so nowhere to purchase drinks or food after this time. Nearest tavernas a good 10-15 mins walk away . This wouldn’t stop us from staying here again but would recommend car hire if not great with mobility . "

"We stayed in this accommodation 18 years ago and it has been totally transformed now. Very clean and fresh. Nicely situated but the chickens next door woke us at 4am. We were there early from the ferry but were allowed to leave our bags there before check in. "
