"We stayed here for 4 days in September. It's a beautiful property with great amenities and very friendly and attentive staff! It's in a quieter part of the island (a short walk from the Alaia), and the beachfront near the hotel is not the nicest, but it didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay. We loved the property! The only drawback is that the breakfast included in your stay is a very basic continental breakfast that is very repetitive, so we often ended up ordering off the breakfast menu at an additional cost. All in all it's a great property and I'd definitely stay again."

"Great property Coco beach is in a quiet area n is far from the shopping area so you will need a golf cart to get back and forth Parking is free My vip upgraded room was huge Swim up bar n pool with slide was always clean Only complaint i would say is that the whole resort is covered with sand So whatever footwear you are wearing to get in n out of your room be prepared for sand to be in it "

"Bartender (forgot his name) but he was fabulous with his customer service (I remember he mention he is off on Wednesdays). When asked for towels and printing out boarding tickets was quick and easy. Lastly, accommodations offered for round trip flights and pick up from Belize city to hotel and back was super convenient and seamless. Thank you! "

"A very well run boutique hotel right on the Caribbean Sea. Always clean and always reliable as far as perfect service and treatment from staff. "

"Very clean , nice , and modern ! We had Golf Cart so we drove to restaurants for food and walked along beach to Alaia Bar to grab pizza pie . Hotel was very nice ! But area I believe is new and still being built up so not as many accessible food spots in walking distance , Golf Cart recommended. Manager was very sweet and a lot of help and went out her way to ensure we enjoyed our Anniversary!! Believe her name was Melanie !! Wanted shower hotter and she sent maintenance in minutes and they turned heater up in seconds . Beautiful and affordable resort ! Two pools and great place to stay with the family that’s clean and safe "
