"I will totally recommend this hotel for travelers who’s trying to get away from the very busy and hectic Sukhumvit street hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Special thanks to Annie Park at the checking desk for helping us navigating how to get to the attractions around Bangkok. She also send my wife a belated birthday cake. The only drawback was, you had to walk about 15 minutes to the MRT station. Thanks to all the staff. "

"An EXCELLENT property! Easy access to transportation, good location to connect to many restaurants, bars, and certain clubs if that is one’s taste. Advice: as many excellent amenities as the hotel and Terminal 21 mall offer - get out of the hotel and go see stuff! Bangkok has a lot to offer. "

"The room was actually a suite with a large balcony. The service was outstanding. I observed that service standards have slipped at many of the 5 Star hotels in Thailand. Not the case with the Chatrium. Great room, service, and location. What more can you ask?"

"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
